Initial Consultation

Service Description

The initial consultation will last about 1.5 - 2 hours and we will go over your intake form and talk about you, your circumstances, your lifestyle and how you feel physically, emotionally and spiritually so we can address your concerns from the root causes. Looking at the bigger picture and not just trying to tackle symptoms gives us a chance to really help improve your quality of life and help your body find balance and function to best of its ability. Within 7 days of the initial consultation, you will receive a protocol with food, lifestyle and herbal recommendations as well as sources where everything can be purchased.
